Female Hormonal Health Screening
Advanced Diagnostic Protocol
Clinical Significance
Female hormones orchestrate everything from menstrual cycles to mood, energy, and long-term health. This comprehensive panel measures FSH, LH, Oestradiol, Testosterone, SHBG, Free Androgen Index, and Prolactin—essential for understanding fertility, perimenopause, PCOS investigation, and hormonal balance at any life stage.
Clinical Context
Potency issues are often the first sign of vascular or endocrine imbalance. This protocol includes full lipid profiling and testosterone mapping to ensure we address the root cause, not just the symptom.

Led by Nurse Luciana

Clinical Inquiries
Q. When in my cycle should I have this test?
For fertility or cycle investigation, days 2-5 (early follicular phase) gives baseline readings. For perimenopause or post-menopause assessment, any time is suitable. We can advise based on your specific concerns.
Q. Can this test diagnose PCOS?
This panel measures key PCOS indicators including testosterone, SHBG, Free Androgen Index, and LH:FSH ratio. Elevated androgens and abnormal ratios support PCOS diagnosis, though ultrasound and clinical assessment are also needed.
Q. What do FSH and LH levels indicate?
FSH and LH regulate your menstrual cycle and ovulation. Elevated FSH suggests declining ovarian reserve (perimenopause) or menopause. The LH:FSH ratio can indicate PCOS. These markers are essential for understanding fertility and menopausal status.
Clinical Protocol
Best performed on days 2-5 of your menstrual cycle for fertility assessment, or any time if post-menopausal. Blood can be collected at any time of day. No fasting required.
