Health Screening Clinic provides private health screening services, including but not limited to:
- Blood tests and laboratory diagnostics
- Full body health MOT screenings
- Cancer marker screening
- Cardiovascular risk assessments
- Hormonal health panels
- Metabolic and diabetes screening
- Allergy testing
- Sexual health screening
Our services are provided by qualified healthcare professionals, including NMC-registered nurses and experienced phlebotomists. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
3. Booking and Appointments
3.1 Making a Booking
Appointments can be booked online through our website, by telephone (020 7183 3570), or via WhatsApp. When booking, you must provide accurate personal and contact information.
3.2 Appointment Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is confirmed. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
3.3 Preparation Requirements
Some tests require specific preparation, such as fasting. Preparation instructions will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to follow preparation requirements may affect your test results or require rescheduling.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Patient
- More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or rescheduling with £25 admin fee
- Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; rescheduling subject to £50 fee
- No-show: No refund available
4.2 Cancellation by Clinic
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer you a full refund or priority rebooking at your convenience.
4.3 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days to the original payment method. For any queries regarding refunds, please contact our team.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed on our website.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the price quoted.
6. Results and Medical Information
6.1 Result Delivery
Test results are typically available within the turnaround time specified for each test. Results will be sent securely to your registered email address and/or made available through our patient portal.
6.2 Medical Advice
Our screening services are designed to provide health insights and early detection. They are not a substitute for advice from your GP or specialist. We strongly recommend discussing your results with your regular healthcare provider.
6.3 Abnormal Results
If your results indicate any values outside the normal range, we will provide guidance and recommend appropriate follow-up. In cases of urgent concern, we will attempt to contact you directly.
7. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
- Inform us of any medications, allergies, or medical conditions
- Follow pre-test preparation instructions
- Arrive on time for your appointment
- Inform us of any changes to your contact details
- Treat our staff and other patients with respect
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable services, Health Screening Clinic shall not be liable for:
- Any diagnosis or treatment decisions made based on our screening results
- Delays in result delivery beyond our reasonable control
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Technical issues affecting online booking or result delivery
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We take your privacy seriously. All personal and medical data is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
