Our ALEX allergy panel tests for 300+ allergens including foods, pollens, animal dander, moulds, and insect venoms. It identifies specific molecular components causing your reactions for precise diagnosis.
Blood testing (specific IgE) measures your immune response to allergens and can test many allergens simultaneously. It's unaffected by antihistamines and useful when skin testing isn't possible.
Component testing identifies exactly which proteins within an allergen you react to. This predicts severity, identifies cross-reactivity patterns, and determines if you might tolerate certain forms of the allergen.
Our allergy testing measures IgE-mediated allergies (immediate reactions). Food intolerances involve different mechanisms and aren't detected by IgE testing. We can advise on appropriate testing for your symptoms.
Your report explains each positive result, its clinical significance, and cross-reactivity patterns. We recommend sharing results with your GP or allergist to develop a management plan.
