  • Height, Weight and Body Mass Index (BMI): A measure of your body composition.
  • Blood pressure, pulse and oxygen saturation: Measures of cardiovascular and respiratory function.
  • Lung Function Peak Flow: Helps to identify any potential breathing restriction.
  • Your Cardiovascular Risk Score: Your blood pressure, cholesterol and BMI are combined to give an assessment of your long-term risk.

Blood Tests consist of:

  • Full Blood Count (FBC), ESR: FBC measures red and white blood cells, platelets and haemoglobin to detect anaemia, infection or blood disorders. ESR is a non-specific test that may indicate inflammation or chronic disease.

  • Liver Function Tests: Alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, ALT, AST, total protein, Gamma GT, globulin, albumin – measuring liver health.

  • Glucose and HbA1c: Glucose measures current blood sugar levels, while HbA1c reflects your average blood sugar control over the past 2–3 months, helping diagnose or monitor diabetes.
  • Cholesterol Profile: Assesses total cholesterol, HDL, LDL (calculated), non-HDL cholesterol and triglycerides to evaluate cardiovascular risk.
